This Zen Sangria is a refreshing and delightful recipe for warm, sunny days. Mix up a pitcher for your next summer celebration!
- bottle dry white wine
- 50 c. pomegranate juice
- 50 c. pear nectar
- 50 c. apricot nectar
- 1 c. green-tea vodka (see Tips & Techniques)
- 1 Anjou or Bartlett pear. sliced
In our Crescendo Pitcher, we stirred together the wine, pomegranate juice, pear and apricot nectars, and the vodka. We placed it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes until thoroughly chilled. We served in our Magnifico Stemless Tumblers over ice, garnished with the pear slices.
