What does the 25-year guarantee cover?

The 25-year limited manufacturer’s guarantee covers defects related to normal use of the product.
This includes chipping on the rim or foot of the glass, as well as any discoloration or cloudiness caused by repeated washing.
If these conditions occur, the product is eligible for replacement.
What is not covered?

The guarantee does not apply to products that are broken or damaged due to improper use, accidents, or incorrect handling.
Damage caused by misuse or external impact is not considered a manufacturing defect.
How do I request a replacement?

To request a replacement, you will need to provide proof of purchase and return the damaged product.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged and include your contact details.
A replacement item of equal or greater value will be provided.
Care & maintenance

All Luigi Bormioli glassware is suitable for dishwasher use.
To preserve clarity and brilliance over time, we recommend rinsing thoroughly after each wash.
