Most of our glassware is dishwasher safe. We recommend that oversized items and decorated items be hand washed. Please refer to the back of the packaging for care and handling instructions.

All replacement parts offered are listed on the website. All other products sold in the U.S. come pre-assembled from Italy.
If you believe we should add an additional replacement part to our website, please email ask@luigibormioliusa.com your suggestion, and we will pass along for future approval to the factory in Italy.

Since our items are shipped by sea from Italy to our US warehouse, we do not post ETA'S on the website.

Unfortunately, we do not provide any customization services on our glasses. We solely provide our blank glassware to a variety of engravers/decorators throughout the country and large national customizers such as Personalization Mall.
