Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a return, refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition you received them

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: Gift cards

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

When refunds may not be granted

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to start a return

  1. Confirm your item meets the eligibility criteria above.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

  3. Ship to the address below (return shipping costs are your responsibility; see “Return Shipping & Costs” blow).

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email customerservice@luigibormioli.com, and follow their instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if the refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times can vary).

  3. Contact your bank (processing times can vary).
    If you’ve done all of the above and still don’t see the refund, please email customerservice@luigibormioli.com.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
