Glasses came well packaged. No damage to any of the glasses. They arrived quickly after ordering. I like the glasses this company manufacturers and have been using them for a number of years. I will be reordering them in the future as the need arises.

I've been buying glassware from LB for a few years now. Their products are beautifully crafted and surprisingly durable (that's important for this rough on stuff bachelor). First shipment arrived with some breakage and LB shipped replacements without hesitation. I was truly impressed with their customer service and continue to be extremely pleased with their products.

Several years ago I bought 2 sets of the 11 oz Bach glasses for everyday use. One set arrived with slight damage but the Bormioli customer service was wonderful, sending another set of 4 right away. My daughter saw the glasses and ordered some for herself. We use Bormioli glasses every day and they still look brand new even after years of use. Highly recommended!
